It’s entirely different to tapioca flour which is produced by extracting the starch from the cassava root by washing and pulping. Our cassava flour is a whole food staple for your pantry.

This fine, white and neutral tasting flour is easy to use and is an ideal substitute for wheat flour in all your recipes – we love to use it to make flatbreads, pasta, choux bun and churros.
